In de donderdagavond serie van 19 november ondermeer een cello concerto van Kate Moore. Het is een vrijmoedige bewerking van haar Days and Nature, een stuk dat zij op organische groeiprocessen baseerde.
Met cellist Hans Woudenberg en het Asko|Schönberg Ensemble.

Anna Mikhailova is developing the elements of the football and opera to integrate them more deeply, so they will reinforce one another. According to the composer, opera should learn from football how to inspire the happy intensity of feeling that you are present, as you watch teams playing with the ball. She is curious to see how football ACTIVITY can grow within the RULES OF OPERA.

The honeycomb conjecture (2015), a new work for large ensemble and electronic sounds, commissioned by Philharmonie Essen and dedicated to Reinbert de Leeuw will be performed by ASKO|Schönberg during NOW! Prismen, Philharmonie Essen, Germany.
On Sunday morning 8 November there also will be a symposium around Spectral music, moderated by Günther Steinke, in which Rozalie will talk about this new composition.

Calliope Tsoupaki leidt ons naar de wonderbaarlijke wereld van Griekse mythologie, poëzie, klank én geur. Over Narcissus, die verliefd wordt op zijn eigen spiegelbeeld. Tenor Marcel Beekman zingt de liederen die Tsoupaki schreef op gedichten van Konstantinos Kavafis en Maria Polidouri. Begeleid door een topensemble van 2 geurspecialisten, piano, viool, cello, basklarinet, hoorn en harp. En Edzard Mik leest fragmenten voor uit Waar de zee begint, over een romance tussen een Griek en een Hollandse. Totaaltheater...muziek, poezie, hapjes, drankjes, geuren...
