Wereldpremière - Astrid Kruisselbrink

Tijdens de opening van de donderdagavond serie in het Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ wordt de wereldpremière van Die Klage um Linos van Astrid Kruisselbrink.
Dit werk is gebaseerd op de gedichtencyclus Elegieën van Duino van de Duitse dichter Rainer Maria Rilke. Rilkes Linos uit de eerste elegie (klaaglied) is de personificatie van de klaagzang. Ook muziekwerken van componisten Sofia Goebaidoelina, Galina Oestvolskaja worden uitgevoerd door het Asko|Schönberg, ensemble in residence van het MGIJ.
